Antonio de Nigris Guajardo, futbolista profesional falleció la noche de este domingo en Grecia, donde militaba con el club AE Larisa de Primera División.

El ex delantero, quien inició su carrera con los Rayados de Monterrey y vistió varias veces la playera de la Selección Mexicana, dejó de existir a la edad de 31 años victima de un infarto al corazón.

La muerte del jugador fue confirmada por el vocero del club albiazul, Everardo Valdez, quien dijo conocer poco los pormenores del caso, pero avaló la pérdida del regiomontano.

Se está a la espera de mayor información por la pérdida del hermano mayor de Aldo de Nigris, actualmente goleador con La Pandilla del Monterrey.

Antonio Militó con los clubes Monterrey, América, Villarreal, Polideportivo Ejido, Once Caldas, Puebla, Pumas, Santos de Brasil, Gaziantepspor, Ankaraspor, Ankaragücü y AE Larisa.
